EDUCATION:
Master’s Degree ¡n economics/statistics/Business/Computer Science
with 1 0 years experience in related field. Additional postgraduate
education or qualifications will be considered as an advantage.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
.. Demonstrable and comprehensive knowledge with strong
quantitative skills and keeping current with the latest methods
of developing, conducting, and analyzing research and other
data important for advancement.
)I Ability to critically analyze and evaluate one’s findings and
those of others.
.. Ability to design and execute systems for the acquisition and
collation of information through the effective use of appropriate
resources and equipment.
)I. Ability to apply effective project management through the setting
of research goals, intermediate milestones and prioritization
of activities. Ability to summarize, document, report and
reflect on progress.
I. Ability to recognize and validate problems. Must follow original
independent and critical thinking and ability to develop theoretical
concepts. Must have a flexible and visionary approach to
problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize own work plan and deliver assignments ¡n
a timely manner.
>. Ability to demonstrate effective organizational skills, in particular
workshop facilitation and delivery with good interpersonal
skills with positive attitude and focus.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills;
>- Knowledge and understanding knowledge of Microsoft Office
software ¡n particulars, Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
I. Knowledge and understanding of computer based analysis,
data processing, R, SPSS.SAS will be plus.
Education:
Master’s Degree in Economics/Statistics/Business/Computer Science
with 5 years experience ¡n related field. Additional postgraduate
education or qualifications will be considered as an advantage, with at
least two years’ experience ¡n developing monitoring and evaluation
tools. Need to have general strategic planning, data analysis and
management information systems (MIS) experience. Excellent
analytical and training skills are desirable.
