A USA-based INGO, dedicated to increasing and sustaining rural incomes by empowering farmers and rural entrepreneurs, seeks
four mid-career to senior competent individuals having demonstrating capability of management, team building and leadership to
join a growing support office in Islamabad/Lahore with opportunities for travel. The up to five-year venture will design and
maintain state-of-the-art systems to manage monitoring and evaluation, grant management for horticulture and livestock-based
business creation, and ITC and MIS.
M&E Advisor based in Islamabad, is a key role to develop, maintain and adjust integrated M&E and IT systems. S/he will
work in close cooperation with the ITC support component to ensure compliance with USAID standards in output, result,
and impact gauging and reporting. S/he will assist in the development of MP & R systems and extend TA, training, review
case studies and conduct field monitoring, database capturing and reporting. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 year senior
level relevant experience in M&E systems, logical frameworks, and agriculture VC analysis. Master degree in Business
Administration, IT or related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with USAID regulations and reporting
requirements.
iT/MIS Advisor based in Lahore, w ill oversee development, maintenance, and training of integrated, state-of-the-art
management information, data management, and communication systems within the project. S/he orchestrates all staff
within the IT-MIS support component to deliver appropriate, cost-effective, and efficient IT and MIS systems for the smooth
running of the project. S/he will model comprehensive IT-MIS systems that incorporate M&E and grants management,
finance, HR and inventory requirements for spatial data and its presentation (GPS and GIS), and other web-based
applications including communications. Qualifications: Master degree in IT or related field. Excellent working knowledge
Of database programming and of internet based applications including geo-spatial data uploading and presentation. Six years
progressively responsible experience, leading to team leadership in database management, systems development, and
network with USAID or international standard entities.
GIS Specialist based in Lahore, will oversee the development, adaptation, troubleshooting, and training of others in
geospatial data management systems within M&E and Grants Management databases and web-based applications. S/he
will define ongoing data needs and required outputs, and program and further develop applications based on ongoing needs’
assessments conduct research to locate and obtain existing databases for incorporation into GIS. Assist in the design and
updating of M&E and Grants databases, applying additions of spatial feature representations, as needed. Devise and run
formal trainings as necessary to staff in central and regional offices on above functions, web-based applications and report
style and presentation. Qualifications: Master degree in IT or related field, cartography, or geography with relevant diploma
in GIS applications. Excellent analytical skills, knowledge, and work history of GIS programming and of internet based
applications, including geo-spatial data uploading and graphical and pictorial presentation.
Admin & Finance Officer based in Islamabad, will support the TA Coordinator in administration, HR and financial
management and maintain external relations, with the objective of maintaining a cohesive, smooth running, and effective
functioning of the support component of the project. S/he will assist in staff travel and meetings maintain administrative
record, create and maintain inventory of items and act as security focal person for staff. Responsible for financial
management and serve as the central accountable point for external audits. Serve as central functionary in all
