The requisite qualification and experience mentioned against the post of “Procurement & Contract
Specialist and Accounts Officer” in the advertisement published on 9th February, 201 2 are hereby
amended and read as under:

. He I she shall prepare procurement
documents and manage procurement
for PSU.
. He I she shall review NSUSC
procurement.
. He I she shall ensure compliance
with ADB procurement procedures.
. He I she shall assist PSU I NSUSC
in capacity building of procurement
related matters.
. He I she shall perform any other
relevant task assigned by the
Competent Authority.
. He I she should have a
Masters Degree or
above in a relevant
discipline of knowledge,
such as procurement
business management,
economic development
studies, law, finance or
civil engineering.
. Well conversant with
MS Office.
. Candidate should have 5 years
relevant experience with at
least 03 years experience as
Procurement & Contract
Specialist in donor-assisted
public sector program/projects.
. Should have adequate
knowledge of ADS Guidelines
on Procurement and the
procurement laws, regulations
and procedures of Government
of Sindh.
Accounts
Officer
. He I she shall maintain Books of
Accounts & other accounting related
record in accordance with the
Accounting / Disbursement Laws I
Policies I Procedures I Guidelines
of Government of Sindh and Asian
Development Bank.
. He I she shall assist Management
prepare Annual Budgets and
coordinate audit activities.
. He I she shall lead all book keeping
activities, and prepare financial and
management reports.
. He I she shall have to perform any
other relevant task assigned by the
Competent Authority.
. He I she should have a
Masters Degree prefer-
ably with majors in
accounts or MBA
(Finance) or Certified
CA or ACMA or M.Com.
. Well conversant with
Customized Accounting
Software and MS Office.
. Candidate should have at
least 5 years of relevant experience with at least 03 years
experience as Accounts
Officer in the donor-assisted
public sector projects and
programs.
. Should have adequate know-
ledge of the Accounting I
Disbursement Laws I Policies I
Procedures I Guidelines of
Government of Sindh and
Asian Development Bank.
. Age not more than 45 years.
