VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Qualification requirement
[Graduate from a recognized University having minimum typing
speed 50 w.e.f and shorthand speed 110 w.p.m. Candidates
having computer knowledge wdl be preferred. Age 18 to 25
years. Doncid of any District of the Punjab

Rules & Regulations
1. 2 % of the posts are reserved for disables, 5 % for women and 5 % for minonties
(non-Muslims).
2. Candidates having Ave years upper age prescribed for the post can apply.
However their appointment will be subject to approval of the Hon’ble Lahore High
Court, Lahore.
3. Application on the prescribed form which can be obtained from this office or can
download from website “dsjfaisaabad.gov.pk’ along with at lasted copies of the
testimonial, domicile, CNICI latest passport size photograph; proper certificate (in
case of disable) and complete postal address must reach this office till
14.01.2012.
4. The applications received before the piblicabon of this advertisement will not be
entertained and applications received after the due date will be rejected forthwith.
Application through fax will not be entertained. They will bñng odginal tesmoniaIs
at the time of interview. Incemplete applications will be treated as rejected.
5. The candidates are required to specifically mention in their application as to
whether their relative is already working in CivillSession court, Faisalabad and
his relative is already working, the candidate will submit an affidavit on a stamp
paper mentioning the name and designation and relationship with the said
employee.
6. The candidate already serving in government or semi government will apply
through proper channel or append NOC of the said department with their
application.
7. Independent applications will be submitted for each quota.
8. Only those candidates whose applications are complete in all respect having
required qualification will be allowed to participate in the written test.
9. Candidates qualified the shorthand test will be allowed to participate in the tyng
speed test, After short list out of the successful candidate in the test, wi be called
for interview.
10. No TAJDA will be given to the candidates.
11. Recruitment will be made in accordance with the recruitment policy 2004 and the
Punjab Civil & Sessions Courts Establishment (Miscellaneous posts) Service
Rules, 2005.
