PURCHASE EXECUTIVE
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, South Asia’s premier business school is seeking a well organized and proactive individual for the position of Purchase Executive.
The successful incumbent must have the capability for cost effective purchase of goods and services required for the Institute. The position requires effective negotiation & communication skills to ensure timely deliveries and also maintain all the data and information regarding purchases.
Requirements:
Masters with 3 years of relevant experience or Bachelors with 5 years of relevant experience from HEC recognized university/institute. Preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Physics & Chemistry
Knowledge of PPRA, SPPRA and tender processing are mandatory
Perform effectively in a busy and pressurized environment
Incumbent must also be proficient in analyzing technical data in suppliers’ proposals
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Package
