CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
A highly reputable & well established Group requires the services of a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for its Lahore office. He will be involved right from the stage of planning & coordination with various Group Companies & departments to ascertain their requirements for implementation, selection of suitable location for their new offices, appoint & liaison with the Architectural & Engineering firms, construction companies, contractors, vendors, & various Governmental & building approving authorities. One of his major responsibilities will include maintenance / general upkeep of Group buildings in Lahore & its adjoining areas. An ideal candidate should be hardworking, energetic graduate Civil Engineer I Architect or D.A.E (Civil) with at least 10—15 years of construction work experience on multistory buildings with thorough knowledge & expertise in various aspects of construction projects, planning & management techniques, over all building maintenance & should be able to utilize project management software.
