A large scale multi-disciplinary rapidly expanding institution engaged in Education and Health Care requires the
following staifforits Head Office in Lahore.
Faculty for Health Policy and Management Program
Candidate must have a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Management from an internationally recognized university. He/She must
be a keen researcher/administrator with publications in local and international journals as a first author and will be
required to develop the research capacity ofthe institution. He/She must also be able to manage and administer diversified
health management courses to meet the changing demands ofthe health sector.
Administrator Academic Affairs
Candidate will be responsible for coordination, management and administration ofall academic campuses. Those with 7-10
years of experience in administration of educational institutions, and marketing of academic programs both at the local and
international level will be preferred. The Administrator will occupy a unique position as it serves as the link between the
didactic and the clinicaldomains ofthe program as well aswith the faculty, and senior management.
Project Director

Candidate will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis to support the development of annual business plan,
project feasibilities, and financial impact of short and long term strategic initiatives. Candidates with relevant professional
qualification with 10 years of working in accounting and finance in a similar capacity will be preferred. Candidates must
have strong business acumen, well-honed influence skills and a proven track record of providing outstanding and ability to
execute business model.
Hospital Deputy Director
Candidate must be a result and quality oriented health management or a public health professional with 10-15 years of
work experience in a similar capacity. Candidate will be required to manage the hospital operations, ensure quality
assurance, clinical affairs, diagnostic services and ensure monitoring as per the regulating agencies are fulfilled and
certified. He/She will coordinate and support with associated hospital facilities and will report to the Hospital Director.
He/she will also be required to execute the strategic plans developed by the management within a defined time frame.
Deputy Director Human Resource Operations
Candidate must have a relevant degree and must be well conversant with human resources operations, personnel policy,
human resources legal issues, labour laws and industrial relations, training and organizational development. He/She must
possess at least 10 years of relevant experience of a multinational organization or working in a similar healthcare setup.
He/She will be responsible for health human resource planning against the strategic plans developed by the management
and will also manage all the HR Operational matters i.e. staff recruitment, selection, contract administration of newly
inducted staff defining compensation, orientation, training, benefits, and annual performance appraisals.
Deputy Director Academic Administration
Candidate must have a relevant degree and must be well conversant with rules and regulations set forth by Pakistan
Medical and Dental Council, Pakistan Nursing Council and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan for the
appointment and selection of teaching faculty in academic institutes by the management. He! She will be required to
manage the faculty and academic employees working in the institution. He! She will liaison with the regulatory bodies and
will assist in fulfilling the requirements stipulated by the regulating agencies and supporting new academic initiatives.
He/she will also manage academic staff recruitment, selection, contract administration of newly inducted staff defining
compensation, orientation, training, benefits, and annual performance appraisals.
