Qualification ft Experience:
Masters Degree in public health. At least seven years of work
experience of which at least three years in a senor rnanagerrnt role.
Experience working with an INGO and previous experience in
rrenaging maternal, neonatal arid child health programs is a must.
Experience r inWlementatbn of advocacy programs is desirable
while previous experience with a variety of donors will be an added
advantage. Excellent report writing skills reqwed. Track record of
maintaining liaison with governmental and non.governmental
pwtners. Proficiency inwritteri and spoken English.
Respons*iilities:
The person will be responsible for the overal rrenagerrent. planning,
rmnitoring & supervision and reporting of the project. Under
siçervisionof Director of Health Programs, the ncumbent will provide
technical support and guidance to project team and Implementing
Ptner (IP) for inlementing program activities; preparing mont[y,
quarterly and annual reports: and developing and following M&E
Plans. The incumbent will be responsible for rnntain close liaison
with provincial Departments of Health, IP, NCMNH. RAF and other
stakeholders. S/he will carry-out regular menitoiing visits of the
project sites, provide on-site technical support and will ensure quaty,
validity and timeliness of reports in accordance with MC and donoi
guidelines and requirements.
Qualificatio,i ft Experience:
Masters Degree in corrinunications, social development or related
fields. At least five years of work experience in advocacy and
conirrinication programs, of which at least three years in Health-
related advocacy and comrrxinication campaigns. Experience
working with an INGO is a must. Experiere of maternal, neonatal and
clild heelth programs will be a plus. Excellent con’viiunication and
report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with
governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written
and spoken English.
Qualification ft Experience:
Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or eqijvalent. At least t[wee years
of field experience i nthe Social or Development Sector, preferably two
of these years sl’iodd be with an NGOANGO. Good commurication
skills. Excellent data managenierit experience and skifls requred.
Must be fluent in Urdu and English: fluency in local languages wdl be a
plus. Compter Proficiency: MS WORD (Advanced user), MS EXCEL
(Advanced user), MS OUTLOOK (Working Knowlece)
Rosponsilities:
The person will be responsible for reviewing. nxwiitoring and reporting
of the program data by the project team and IR The incumbent will
work with the Project Manager specifically on data management and
-ialysis, and will work on reviewing, validating and finalizing project
data according to specified guidelines. S/he will carry out per iodic field
I manitoring visits to the project sites according to the M&E Plan, arid
will ensise proper record keeping at the field as wel as heed office
levels.
