MANAGER PHARMACY REQUIRED
Shifa International Hospitals Ltd, a premier tertiary care hospital
requires an experienced professional having hands-on
knowledge and skills in pharmacy services.
Requirements:
. B. Pharmacy preferably Pharm-D
. 8-10 years experience in the same capacity in pharmacy
practice/pharmacotherapy in health care systems
. Valid pharmacy license/registration
Job Responsibilities:
1. Organizing, directing, monitoring and managing pharmacy
services including computerized system for Unit Dose Drug
Distribution, Ambulatory Care, Cytotoxic Drug Admixturing,
Intravenous Piggyback system and Total Parenteral
Nutntion Service.
2. Development of departmental policies and procedures in
compliance with ISO 9000-20081J Cl.
3. Provision of cost effective, efficient and safe pharmacy
services.
4. Adherence to legal and company requirements/systems
5. Development of individual staff competence and a high
performing pharmacy team through incorporation of best
practices.
6. Focus on the day-to-day business and reguIay audit staff,
services, systems, records and standards.
7. Ensure efficient and effective management of Inventory
Control Systems.
