seekinq security officers for its project offices at Swat and Karachi.
Candidates should fulfil the following minimum requirements\
• Qualification: Graduate (a minimum)
. Excellent computer literacy; should be able to work on MS Office, internet and
email
. Good people management skills
• Good spoken/written English. Knowledge of Pushto will be an added
advantage (for Swat position)
Prior experience of working in Swat or Sindh will be preferred for the respective
positions
. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working with
Armed Fors
The incumbents shall be based In Swat or Karachi offices and will be responsible for:
. Overall security management, ensuring safety and security of staff as well as
property of the company
. Independently developing and prepanng Security Plans and SOPs for
security measures to be adopted for the Company’s corporate offices as well
as project site operations
. Applying knowledge of sound security management practices, procedures
and programs
. Maintaining close liaison with relevant government agencies and private
security companies in order to remain current on the prevailing security
situation
• Frequently travelling to project sites located in the project area to carry out first
hand assessment of the prevailing security risks and any mitigations
measures to be taken
