VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Save the Children seeks the following qualified and experienced individuals.
The following are minimum qualification for the position along with
illustrative responsibilities and required experience.
Position: Child Protection Specialist (01 Positions)
Location: Islamabad
As a key member of the CP & CRG team, you will provide technical
backstopping (as per the devised framework), for the protection programs
for SC in Pakistan in both emergencies and development programming
contexts. The CP Specialist will support in developing child protection
program and ensure the quality delivery of CP program being implemented ¡n
the field.
Required Qualification & Experience:

programming and a working knowledge of the other sectors that include
education, livelihoods and health.
. Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours,
and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies.
Position: Child Rights Governance Coordinator (01 Positions)
Location: Islamabad
As a key member of the GP & ORG team, you will work with Director GP & ORG
(CRG Specialist as and when recruited) to ensure the quality of ORG
projects/programs as per the devised framework and contribute ¡n
developing CRG program for SC in Pakistan in both emergencies and
development programming contexts.
Required Qualification & Experience:
masters degree on development or
3+ years working experience of CPI
programmes, both in emergency
• A very good understanding General Measures of Implementation of
UNCRC and a working knowledge of the other sectors
. A good understanding of child rights related national/provincial policies,
legislations and existing gaps therein
• Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours,
and work with incoming surge teams, ¡n the event of emergencies.
