ADVISOR ON ENERGY AFFAIRS
For An Industrial Organization
The organization seeks a Policy Advisor with expertise
in energy sector to support and strengthen industrial
sector. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years
of relevant experience in policy or advocacy areas
with good academic record (minimum post-graduation
degree in the relevant field). Candidates with strong
writing and inter-personnel skills would be given
preference.
Following is a summary of key responsibilities
. Analysis of the energy sector and regulatory
regimes for collective industry wide action
. Economic analysis of various energy policy
approaches at all levels
• Plan, design, and conduct appropriate economic
analyses and policy briefs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of major economic
and energy models and applications
. Development of policy recommendations on
national level associated with energy availability
and affordability
• To liaise with energy sector regulatory authorities
and departments
