Executive Director SPARC
SPARC, a child rights organization in Pakistan, is seeking appointment of its
Executive Director to head the organization.
The ED shall be expected to supervise all of SPARC’s program; mobilize
resources, maintain working relations with donor agencies, and international and
local NGOs; having strong capability to lead, manage and supervise an
organization; and be strongly committed to bring a change in the lives of children.
The successful candidate must have experience in advocacy, awareness raising,
research oriented work and strong command in financial matters.
The ED shall be based at SPARC’s Islamabad National Office but will be expected
to travel throughout Pakistan from time to time; and liaison with SPARC’s Regional
Offices on active basis.
A successful candidate is expected to have a minimum of ten years’ relevant work
experience, and at least a master’s degree in the relevant field.
She or he should have an excellent command over written and spoken English and
Urdu,
The salary package shall be commensurate with similar positions in other
organizations.
