Programmes in collaboration with National and International partners announce following donor supported project positions for recruitment on pie-defined
terms and conditions.
Qualification:
PhD or equivalent qualification in the related disciplines recognized by HECIPMDC, At least 10 publications in last
05 years iii indexedlpeer reviewed journals
Experience:
15 years experience of implementing Research and Development projects with experience of MNCH in Pakistan.
Skills:
Must be able to design and implement Research and Development projects, have strong leadership skills with the
proven ability of winning research grants, resource mobilization, fruitful collaboration at National and International
level and work experience in multiple areas (Academic development, research) would be preferred.
Research Advisor Qualification:
PhD or equivalent qualification in Public Health related disciplines recognized by HEC/PMDC.At least 10
publications in last 5 years in indexed/peer reviewed journals
Experience:
15 years experience of implementing Research and Development projects with experience of Health System
functioning in Pakistani context.
Skills:
Must be able to design and implement Research and Development projects, to play a supportive and advisory role
on research projects of faculty and students, have strong leadership skills with the proven ability of winning research
grants, work experience in multiple areas (Academic deeIopment, research) would be preferred.

Qualification:
Ph.D/FCPS/MSPH/Postgraduate degree in related discipline in Health from recognized university by HEC/PMDC
Experience:
03 Years Postgraduate teaching experience for non Ph.D candidates.
Skills:
At least 01 publication in related discipline published in peer-reviewed journal in last 05 years.
Manager Finance/Audit

Qualification:
CA Qualified, ICMA, ACCA from a recognized university.
Experience:
7 years post qualification experience in design and implementation of large foreign funded projects:
Skills:
Must be able to demonstrate skills in project finance and management, developing and analyzing projects with
complex financial models related to academia, research & development and capable of sensitivity analysis; Strong
analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts; to analyze the public/private sector prevailing and new
accounting systems and softwares; to address the requirement of multinational donors keeping in view their financial
systems and requirements, detailed economic cost-benefit analysis, in viewing the current government system and
donors working in Pakistani scenario, Understanding of business process flows for budget, general ledger,
procurement, budget control, accounts payable and tax and non-tax collections. Exceptional analytical and problem
solving abilities; Knowledge of IFRS’, IAS and best practices is desirable.
