Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) invites application for the position of Programme
Officer-Certification. PCP, a non-profit organization aims to enhance the volume and
effectiveness of philanthropy for social development. The Centre seeks to promote philanthropy
through its various programmes, namely, Non-profit organizations certification, philanthropy
support services and research.
As a key person in the Certification Unit of the PCP, the Programme Officer Certification is
responsible for providing certification related assistance to applicant NPOs, writing evaluation
reports based on desk review of documents and field evaluation, and ensuring transparency,
objectivity and professionalism in desk as well as field components of NPO evaluations.
Reporting to the Programme Manager Certification, the incumbent shall Conducting desk review,
field evaluation and write final report of NPOs that apply to PCP for evaluation and certification.
Qualification and Experience
Master’s degree in social sciences, business administration, Finance, management, ACMAIACCA;
a minimum of 4 years of professional working experience in public/private sector. Exposure to
systems evaluation, Civil Society Organizations and Development will be preferred. The incumbent
must poses strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent computer skills and command
of spoken and written English.
PCP is a recognized institution for deputation of Government Officers. The above mentioned
position offers a competitive salary package.
