Job Opportunity
A non-profit international humanitarian organization is seeking
applications from potential candidates for the following position:
Qualification & Experience:
MBBS or Masters in social sciences or other relevant discipline. At least five years of
experience of which three years in management position. Experience in public health
programs and specifically TB control program is required. Understanding of working
with Global Fund grant and familiarity with Global Fund reporting and other procedures
will be a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English, and excellent writing skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
Project Officer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation,
monitoring and reporting of TB DOTS Program. S/he will maintain liaison with
the implementing partners, provide capacity building including on-site technical
support to the implementing partners and conduct field monitoring. S/he will
ensure implementation of operational guidelines and quality assurance tools in
the field. The incumbent will supervise Field Officers in conducting desk review
of the reports, data management, and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
