The Punjub Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a Section 42, not-for-profit Company funded
by the Government of Pun jab and thc l)epartrnent tòr International l)evelopment. 1.1K PSI)F
is a Iìinding organization which acts as a linancier of skills developmcntl vocational training
projects and intends to stimulate the market l’or skills development ¡br the poor and the
vulnerable population of South I kmiah.
PSDF is looking ¡br Management Assistant Finance oasea at its Heau Ollice, Janaaipui
Responsibilities:
. ib prepare reconciliation statements of banks, parties, inventories and update lue cash t1ov
foi fuiure transactions etc..
. ib assist in reporting, annual budget preparation and final accounts preparation,
. T assist in maintaining integrity and safekeeping of all fmancial systems
doc umcntatioii;
. To assist in prejaration of payments to the service providers;
. ‘fo maintain and supervise purchase orders, payment approval and expense reports;
.Education and Experience:
. B.Coni or M.Com from a FIEC - recognised institute orACCAJCA (Inter);
. 4 years l’or B .Com and 2 ‘ears for M.ComJCi(InterACCA in a reputable organization;
. Prcftrcncc will bc given to ACCACA (Inter) having work cxperience in a reputable audit firm;
. Excellent IT skills and hands-on experience on SAP accounting software are essential;
