BUSINESS UNIT HEAD
A senior management position responsible for delivery of
defined business and corporate objectives for a company
having all Digital Media Assets consolidated under its
management. The Business Unit Head will also be
responsible to define the strategy of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
. To develop a business case and detailed financial model/implementation
plans for the business verticals.
. To develop a financial case for all the business verticals and define the
business case for new digital brands.
. To lead a team of business managers In Implementing the strategy defined
for tile company and ensure all KPIs are met
. Social Media and defining roles: Creating strategy and execution.
Job Specifications:
. Minimum 5 years of experience at GM/VP/BUN level, managing a business
unit with defined goals.
. Preferably an MBA or equivalent from a reputable Business School.
. Good understanding of digital publishing, web/new media technologies:
telephony is a necessary requirement.
. Understanding or experience of various platforms in handheld devices &
product/application development. Web development will be a preferred skill.
. Experience of developing business cases and assisting in development of
financial business models ¡s necessary.
. Experience of managing a team of middle management level with diverse
skills is a necessary requirement.
