SITUATION VACANT
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in
Drug Regulatory Agency of Pakistan, an autonomous body established under DRAP Ordinance 2012
(No. 1 of 2012) as per following criteria.
A Postgraduate Degree Minimumof20yearsexperiencein
in Pharmacy, Public Health Pharmacy Services, Public health,
or Medicine Management or Regulatory Affairs
from either public or private sector.
F RESPONSIBILITES

The CEO shall be the head of the agency and shall discharge such duties and perform such functions
as are assigned to him by the Federal Government or as may be prescribed.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT
y
• The term of appointment shall be for a period of three years and extendable for one similar term
only.
The incumbent must not have any financial or professional conflict of interest and has no
immediate family member (parent, child, sibling or spouse) as senior officials or owner of
pharmaceuticals companies. Adeclaration/affidavitldisclaimer regarding ‘Conflict of interest’ must
be submitted upon acceptance of appointment.
