Assistant Manager Business Incubation (Labore)
This is a strategic position which, via a holistic enterprise training program,
seeks to transform women home-based workers into micro-entrepreneurs.
The lob profile relluires:
. MBA Marketing I MS Entrepreneurship I MSC-EcolSocial Sciences (or equivalent)
from a reputed University.
. 4-6 Years minimum managerial experience of project management, preferably in training
development, SMEs, entrepreneurship, marketing and/or Retail Management.
. Excellent team management & leadership skills.
Excellent communication, report writing, monitoring and problem-solving skills.
Willing to carry out extensive field work and travelling across Pakistan as a mandatory
requirement.
. Age limit 27-35
Business Trainer-Field Based
(35 positions ¡n all districts of Puniab and ¡n karacbi)
This position entails enhancing the capacity of Women Entrepreneurs and
helping them create market linkages via training on Business Development
Services for their business sustainability.
The job profile requires:
. Minimum Qualification MBA, Marketing/Social Science/Economics (or relevant).
e 1-2 Years of experience of sales/marketing and or conducting trainings in the
development sector.
. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and report writing skills.
. Knowledge of marketplaces in local area and networking with local NGO’s.
. Age limit 25-32
