VACANCY ANNOUNC[MENT’l
A leading company requires the services of a Care Taker for managing
and supervising the commercial and maintenance operations of its
multi-storey Building.
C KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
. To act as a team le&ier controlling all aspects for commercial use of
the Building, repair & maintenance, space utilization, tenancy
agreements, administration, commercial documentation and
MEP/HVAC maintenance etc.
• Optimization and modernization of security and process controls in
the Building.
. PIan, administer and control budgets of maintenance, security, and
other services provided by the Building Management to the
occupants.
. Perform financial tasks such as collection of rentals from occupants
of the Building, raising periodic bills of maintenance services to the
occupants.
. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with
the occupants of the Building and service providers of building
facilities.
. Prepare both progress and financial management reports.
REQUIREMENTS
. Masters from reputable university with 8-10 years of relevant
experience, preference will be given to candidates having
engineering background.
. Should be familiar with tenancy/lease agreements, security
controls, MEP & HVAC maintenance, fire fighting and has
demonstrated management skills with the ability to work
independently with contractor/ sub contractors and tenants.
. Excellent communication skills (written/spoken)
