Experience and Qualification
Quai ificat ions:
. MBBS or equivalent with post graduate degree in Public Health recognized by PMDC. Additional
qualification will be an advantage.
Experience:
. Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience in Public Health with more than 07 years post
master experience.
. Preference will be given to applicants with experience of managing and implementation of HIV/AIDS
initiative.
. Experience of working in development project with a reputable Public sector/International/Multinational
health organization with experience in Program Management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
and donor relation/reporting.
Qualifications:
. MB BSIM PH/Masters in Epidemiology/Development studies and /or discipline.
Experience:
. 03 years of post MBBS or post Masters degree work experience in the relevant field.
. Excellent knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles and practices in the healthidevelopment
sector.
. Knowledge and experience in and the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation
frameworks and systems.
. Good experience in using analytic software packages such as SPSS or SAS with good report writing
skills.
Qualifications:
. Masters in Business Administration from a recognized university.
Experience:
. Atleast 07 years practical procurement and supply chain experience, preferably with reputed
international development organizations.
• Practical knowledge of air/sea freight, customs rules and practices, understanding of shipping
documents etc.
• Familiarity with public procurement rules/practices for health/non health products and understanding of
procurement policies of international funding organizations i.e. World Bank, UN, DFID, USAID etc.
. Practical experience of forecasting inventory and logistic management systems.
