Placement : Hallar (KPK)
QUALIFICATION: B.Sc (Honsj / M.Sc Food Science Technology
EXPERIENCE; Minimum S years of relevant work experience in
food industry
RESPONSIBILITIES;
e Ensure effective documentation & implementation of ISO 9001.
HACCP. HALAL. GMPs. other applicable standards and
company requirements
. Carry out hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP)
study of raw & packing materials, process and processing aids
. Ident:fy and docunient CCPs and monitoring mechanism
. Monitor production. handling & storage activities as pee GMPs
standards to ensure rood saiety & quality
. Review, process and control division level documentation
. Prepare audit and training schedules and ensure tinely
execution
. PIan. prornoe end organize training activities releled to food
safety and quality
. Coordinate management system review meetings. repofl
performance and arc-as for improvement in systems
• Coordinate for internal and surveillance auctts
• Maintain liaison with different agences 1er testing of materials
s Act as HACCP/I-IALAL Team Leader
ŠKLLS & RflRIBUTES:
Strong knowledge of HACCP. HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO 22001.
GMPs Standards
- Expert in LŠ Off ice a2plications
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
