2. The applications, indicating complete details of the candidates,
should be accompanied by the attested photostat copies of following
documents and those as applicable to the various categories of the posts.
(î) Academic Qualification Certificates.
(ii) Experience Certificate(s), Testimonials, etc.
(iii) Domicile/Permanent Residence Certificates.
(iv) Computerized National Identity Card.
(y) 2 copies of passport size latest photographs.
(vi) Contact Telephone number, email address, ¡f any.
3. The candidates are advised to submit their applications complete
in all respects, in a manner to ensure that the same must be
received by the undersigned on or before 16th May, 2012, after
which no application shall be entertained. They are also
advised to indicate on the left top of the envelope. containing
such applications and other documents, the post applied for
and district of the domicile of the applicant.
CONDITIONS
(I) The appointment shall be term — specific i.e. on contract
for a period of two years, commencing from the date of
joining and at a fixed monthly remuneration (inclusive of
all), as indicated against each.
(ii) The place of work/duty of all categories of contractual
appointees shall be archeological remains of Moenjodaro
and they shall be stationed there.
(iii) No TA/DA shall be admissible to any candidate, either for
appearing in written test or oral interview.
(iv) The candidates already in Government service should
apply through proper channel.
(y) Government of Sindh reserves the right to reject any or
all applications, and withdraw I withhold entire process
of recruitment without assigning any reason and the
candidate(s) shall have no right to lodge any claim,
whatsoever, at any fora or Court of Law ¡n this regard.
