PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
Applications are invited for the following positions for PPP Cell from eligible candidates from public/private sectors having experience in the relevant field. The
recruitment will be purely on contract basis and market based salary as described below will be offered to successful candidates from the private sector. The

development

. Periodicaly updates and revise the policy to reflect dianges in

. Ensure policy consistency, quality control and transparency.

. He prioritize PPP Project proposals according to their alignment
wh the overall PPP policy.

• Facilitate the Merrter (PPP) in vetting information dissenination by
GoPb regardag PPP
• Provide support to the PPP Steering Committee in terms of financial
mformabon aid expertise required to review PPP project proposals.
• Maintain dose liaison with the Risk Management Unit and facilitate
risk assessment for PPP project proposals.
• Provide çut on fmancial information regarding preparation of
operating guidelines, procedures and documents for PPP projects.
• Advise the PPP Steering Committee on cross-sector and sector-
specific flnaial issues affecting PPP development.
• Faolitate development of a PPP policy for Puojab and getting it
notifledlapproved by GoPb
• Provide periodic input regarding any new ctlanges required in PPP
policy especially with regards to financial issues
• Review PPP project proposals submitted by Frie departments and
local government, especially with regard to financial issues
• Master degree preferably Ph.d in Eœnon*si Finance! Social
Sciences from a reputed, HEC recognized national or
inlernabonal university.
. At least 10 yea’s of successful aid verifiable experience in a
simia’ environment.
. High quality knowledge and skills reLated to current econormc
issues and systems
. Knowledge of project finance and management
• Must be comfortable val developing and analyzing complex
financial models for infrastnicture projects capable of
sensitivity analysis
• Must be able to carry out detailed economic cost- benefit
analysis of various PPP projects and advise the Member
(PPP) or’ economic viability of the projects
• Master degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences.
Business Adnistration or B-Engineering from a reputed.
HEC recognized national or International Univers4y.
. At least 5 yea’s successful and verifiable experience in
development I evaluation of projects preferably related to
social servOEs.
