JOB OPPORTUNITY
Programme Coordinator
Fixed Term 6 Months, Sukkur
To provide support in effective and efficient management,
implementation and coordination of Concern’s Nutrition programme In
Sukkur in line with organizational policies and strategies, in close
consultation and coordination with government authorities, local
partners and other stakeholders
Qualifications, Experience and Specifications
• Minimum 5 year experience in programme development and
management (particularly development and implementation of
Nutrition programming ¡n emergencies)
• Post graduate degree in Public Health, Nutrition or Social sciences
• Extensive experience & skills ¡n developing programmes/proposals,
grant management and reporting to major institutional donors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills In English. Urdu
and preferably Sindhi Language and ability to communicate with
people at different levels and from various backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work with partner organizations at all stages of the
project cycle
• Excellent practical knowledge of, and commitment to, participatory
approaches to community development
Basic understanding of Rights-based approaches to programming
Excellent computing skills, including excel, word and electronic mail.
Flexibility and proven team player
Commitment to capacity building processes. ‘people first’ principles
and working with the poorest and most marginal members of
society.
