CAREER OPPORTUNITYPunjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a not-for-profit company established by Government of the Punjab
in collaboration with the Department for International Development. UK. Our aim is to improve income
generation opportunities of the poor & vulnerable population in selected districts of Punjab by enabling skills
development through promotion of a competitive skills training market.
PSDF is looking for energetic & motivated professional for the following position based in Bahawalpur:
Data Base Administrator
. To design, develop, manage and maintain various databases and generate required reports;
. To logically organize/compile large amounts of data and various floating pieces of information in a reportable
manner;
. To analytically evaluate end users’ needs and required to construct accurate reports using available tools;
. To create backup database and configure user roles;
. Plan and implement security measures and trouble-shoot any data challenges:
Education and Experience)
. BS (Honors) in Computer Science with specialization in Software Development from HEC recognized institute
with at least five years of related experience with SQL and Microsoft Access database design, development
and application lifecycle
. Understanding of relational database including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle
. Strong familiarity with web development and management tools is required
