Directorate of Staff Development has been restructured as an apex institution for teacher development in
Punjab. It offers numerous opportunities for energetic and motivated individuals interested in professional
growth. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following posts In this Directorate. These posts
woulð.be filled In either by transfer or on contract basis (as per govt. policy) as the case may be. Proficiency
in computer applications especially MS Office (Ms Word, Excel and Power Point etc.) is must for ail the
candidates.

Regional Programme Manager
(Usual pay and allowances of OS-18/19)
Only regular officers of BS-1 8/19 are eligible.
From Public Education Sctor:
Masters degree (at least second division) from a HEC
recognized university with at least 6 years experience in
BS-18 with in educational management in the field
secretariat teacher training institution
OR
An officer of BS-18 CSS4’MS background with minimum
6 years’ of experience (BSI7IIO) in the field/Secretariat.
Work experience in a social sector programme/project
with an international development agency will be an
advantage.
Course Coordinator
(Usual pay and allowances of OS-18119).
Only regular officers of BS-18/19 are eligible,
From Public Education Sector:
Master’s degree (at least second division) from a 1-IEC
recognized university with at least 10 years experience in
BS-18 with in educational management in the field/
secretariat/ teacher training institution
OR
An officer of OS-18 CSS4’MS background with minimum
6 years’ of experience (8S17118) in the field/Secretariat.
Deputy Director (Administration)
(Usual pay and allowances of BS1 7/16
Only regular officers of BS-17118 are eligible,
Assistant Director (Finance)
(Usual pay and allowances of
BS1 6/17)
Only regular officers of BS-16/17 are eligible.
From Public Education Sector
Masters degree (at least second division) from HEC
recognized university preferably in administration and
management with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in
OS-17 in a similar position is required.
OR
An officer of BS-17 CSS I PMS background with minimum
4 years’ of experience in the field/secretariat or in similar
position.
From Public Education Sector .
Masters degree (at least 2 div.) from a recognized
university preferably in Social Sclencesfllnance with at
least 5 years experience of financial management in BS
16 or above is required. OR
Section Officer with 10 years secretariat experience In
OS-16 or above (Including at least 3 years experience as
Section Officer on the posts related to Budget/Finance)
OR
PMSíLFAlAccounts service of Pakistani or persons
having qualified SAS!PIPFA exam with minimum 5 years
experience of financial management in BS-16 or above.
Assistant Llbarian
(Usual pay and allowances of OS-16)
From Public Education Sector:
At least 2’ class Master degree in library science with
minimum experience of 1 year as Assistant librarian.
Proficiency in MS Office is must.
Subject Specialists Masters Degree (at least 2nd Division), higher degree
(Usual pay and allowances of preferred, from a HEC recognized University with at least
BS1 7 two years teaching experience In a registered/recognized
OR institution.
Lumpsum Pay package of Rs. 25,000/- P.M Age limit: 25-35 years
