Main Purpose of the job:
To execute all functions related to internal
audit, risk mitigation & management and
compliance with best practices of corporate
governance. This position is expected to add
value by acting as facilitator in improving
Company’s policies & procedures and
governance structure.
Experience Required:
Must have at least 10 years relevant
experience in reputed company preferably in
manufacturing industry
Manager Legal
Reporting to:
Chief Executive
Professional Qualification:
LLB (preferably LLM)
Main Purpose of the job:
To act as an advisor on all legal matters and
mitigate Company’s legal risks by ensuring
Strict compliance to all relevant legal
requirements.
Experience Required:
Must have at least 10 years relevant
experience with a reputed company I
manufacturing concern.
Manager IT
Reporting to:
Chief Executive
Professional Qualification:
Masters in Computer Science 1 IT
Main Purpose of the job:
To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate
the operations of rr The incumbent will also
be responsible for overall improvement of IT
function in accordance with modern
approach and introduction / implementation
of ERP i.e Orade.
Experience Required:
Must have atleast 10 years relevant
experience in a large manufacturing industry.
Experience of implementing ERP solutions
preferably of Oracle is a prime requirement.

Reporting to:
Engineering Manager
Professional Qualification:
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from a HEC
recognized university and valid registration
with PEC
Main Purpose of the job:
To ensure maintenance
equipment as well as
instruments of the Plant
Experience Required:
Must have at least 7 years relevant experience
in a large manufacturing industry, preferably
in fertilizer/petrochemical sector. Working
experience with electrical distribution
systems (Switch Gear, Transformers, Circuit
Breakers, Motor Control Centers, Generators,
Motors etc) is a must.
Manager Supply Chain
Reporting to:
Chief Executive
Professional Qualification:
MBA preferably with BSc. Engineering
Main Purpose of the job:
To ensure efficient and cost effective procure-
ment of requisite services and goods
including raw material, machinery and
equipment and other office/plant supplies
Experience Required:
Must have at least 12 years relevant
experience in a large manufacturing industry.
Should have handson experience of Contract
and Vendor Management and sound
knowledge of formalities, processes,
regulations & duties related to imports.
Engineers
Reporting to:
Respective Section Heads
Professional Qualification:
Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical,
Electrical or Electronics from a HEC
recognized university and valid registration
with PEC
Main Purpose of the job:
To assist respective Section Heads in smooth
operation of the section
Experience Required:
Must have at least 3 years relevant experience
in a large manufacturing industry, preferably
in fertilizer/petrochemical sector
