QUALIFICATIN
‘ MBBS or equivalent qualification.
* Preference will be given to candidates having at least two year service in periphery.
Application on simple paper along with copies of the relevant documents and
Academic certificates (duly attested) should reach to the office of the undersigned
on or before 29 /02 /2012 through proper channel with a copy in advance.
Applications will support the following documents.
(1)-Name (2) - Father’s Name (3) - Date of Birth (4) - Date of joining
Government .service.
* Service Experience in recognized hospitals (if any) - Professional MBBS exams and
House Job certificates. — Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. — Higher qualifications.
Certificate from the DGHS. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the effect that
individual has not worked as Junior Registrar in the entire service.
‘A receipt for Rs.500/-issued by the Establishment Section LRH must be attached
with the application.
(5) Public service Commission appointment order notified by the Government.
(6) Interview shall be in the office of the undersigned on 10/03/2012.
NOTE
. incomplete application will not be entertained.
. Original documents will be produced at the time of interview.
. Only regular MOFWMO BPS-17 will be eligible for the said post.
. Doctors who have already worked as Junior Registrar are not eligible.
. No TAJDA will be paid to the candidates attending interviewer.
