7ADVERTISEMENT
Applications are invited on “Prescribed Form” from Citizens
of Pakistan having Domicile and Permanent Residence of Province
of Sindh for appointment against some vacant posts of
“Additional District & Sessions Judge (B-20)” with usual
allowances on regular basis in accordance with Sìndh Judicial
Service Rules, 1994.
ELIGIBILITY:
î) He/She shall have a Degree in Law from a recognized
University or a Barrister of Law from England or Ireland
or ¡s a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
ii) Six (6) years’ experience as practicing Advocate of
High Court and the Courts Sub-ordinate thereto OR
has for a period of not less than six years held a
Judicial Office with clean record of service.
Application Forms should reach the undersigned not
later than 13.02.2012.
ENCLOSURES:
The applications shall be accompanied by attested copies
of certificates / testimonials evidencing: (a) Date of Birth,
(b) Qualification, (C) Date of Enrolment as Advocate /
Pleader (renewed up to date), (d) Domicile, (e) Permanent
Residence, (f) C.N.I.C., (g) Certificate of Character from the
Principal Academic Officer of the academic institution last
attended, (h) Certificates of Character from two respectable
persons not being his relatives, (I) Four latest photographs,
(j) Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable)
in favour of the Registrar, High Court of Sindh, Karachi.
NOTE:

District Courts in Sindh and Website: wwwsindhhighcourt.gov.pk
1. Original documents shall have to be produced at the time
of interview.
2. Ineligible candidates and those not fulfilling the conditions or
submitting incomplete applications will not be considered.
3. The applicant holding Judicial Office shall apply through
Proper Channel.
4. Applications received after last date shall be rejected.
5. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible.
