Job Opportunity
Dairy and Rural Development Foundation (DRI)F) is implementing the Dairy Project
(funded by USAID and other support institutions) to improve livestock productivity and
livelihood of rural communities. Currently USAID-DRDF Dairy Proj cet is looking fòr the
services of energetic, enthusiastic and outstanding professionals for the following
positions:
POS! TIONS REQUIRED
MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be required to implement on M & E frame work in
the respective field operation zones; ensure that M & E framework and related protocols
and standards arc rropcrly understood and followed by field teams: assist field teams in
accurate completion of M & E forms: monitor field activities, compile and update M & E
data; and prepare reports on progress of the project.
I 4ocation: Kamalia, Chichawatni and Multan.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences.
Experience and Skills: At least 1 -2 years experience related to monitoring and evaluation
of development projects/programs preferably in rural areas of Pakistan. Candidates
should be able to travel extensively throughout the Punjab and occasionally in other
provmccs. Candidates should have good analytical, quantitative and communication
skills.
DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Data Entry Operator will be required to enter the M&E information into the M&E
Database and provide support to field staff in matters related to project data management.

Location: Kamalia, Chichawatni and Multan.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience and skills: At least 1 year experience as I)Data Entry Operator. Candidates
should have excellent skills in (Data entry. Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
