Architect Conceptual & Detailecj Designing for BuildingslFacdiúes Development Projects &
(B Arch) have a sufficient experience to apply the LEED & Fire Life Safety recommendations.
Urban 2 Experience in City District Master Planning, Expert in working on all sort
Plan nr of land sues & Zoning regulations.
Landscape 2 Experience in Landscaping (Hard & Softscape) of large areas especially
Architect Facilities Development Projects local and District Parks.
Structural 2 Design and Engineering for Buildings/Facilities Development Projects
(BE.) with sufficient experience of Prefabricate (Steel) & Precast buildings.
Civil IB E ) 2 Design & Engineering for Infrastructural & Public Health Projects with
. . sufficient experience to apply the LEED & Fire Life Safety recommendations.
Electrical 2 Designing of MV/LV Electrical, Telecom Systems and Networks for
(BE.) Buildings I Facilities Development Projects.
Quantity 2 Intensive Experience for Preparation of BOQ, Bid Evaluation, Bid
Engineer Preparation, Construction man-hours, Cost estimates & Material takeoffs
BlM Mngr. 2 Experience of Handling & Supervising drawings considering (BlM) Building
(B. Arch) Information Modeling & Manage REVIT and supporting software’s implementation effects
CAD 6 Drafting/Rendering drawings on multiple sheets, making a Building
Operator information Models (BlM) and also handle All Micro-Station/Auto-CADD/RE VIT drawings
