(CIVIL CONSTRUCTION)

Project Manager (Civil Construction) will be responsible to manage a complete housing construction
project and will have to deliver the following:
.
To plan, schedule and execute the project acvities in defined timelines without any compromise on
quality standards.
• To mobilize resources e.g. contractors, manpower, materials coordination, and equipments provision.
• To provide role model leadership to the construcon execution team under him.
• To delegate the construction tasks to his team members and keep track of the progress over the
planned construcon schedules and quality standards.
• To optimize resource utilization i.e. equipments, materials and manpower.
• To comply with health, safety and environmental standards and procedures.
Candidate’s Profile:
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 36-50 years of age.
• Minimum 10 years of on-site experience of large scale civil construction projects preferably housing.
• A driven, polished individual with expertise in construction planning, execution and
progresslperformance measurement.
• A proficient people & project manager.
A win-win negotiator for all affairs especially resource mobilization management and execution.
