Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) invites application for the position of Programme
Manager-Certification. PCP, a non-profit organisation aims to enhance the volume and
effectiveness of philanthropy for social development. The Centre seeks to promote philanthropy
through its various programmes, namely, Non-profit organizations certification, philanthropy
support services and research.
Reporting to the Executive Director through the Senior Programme Manager, the incumbent shall
plan, manage, implement, coordinate, monitor and lead the Non-profit Organizations
Certification Programme.
Qualification and Experience
Masters degree in social sciences, business administration, Finance, management, ACMAIACCA;
a minimum of 8 years of professional working experience in public/private sector. Exposure to
systems evaluaon, Civil Society Organizations and Development will be preferred. Previous
experience in project management/execution is essential. The incumbent must poses strong
interpersonal and communication skills, experience of working effectively with middle- and senior-
ranking government officials, as well as, with representatives of donor and non-governmental and
community-based organizations. Excellent computer skills and command of spoken and written
English are a must.
PCP is a recognized institution for deputation of Government Officers. The above mentioned
position offers a competitive salary package.
