Resources or Irrigation or Drainage or Hydrology or
Hydropower with twelve (12) years (or8 years
post-Ph. D) teach ¡ng! research /professional
experience in the relevant field ¡na National or
International organization out of which five (05) years
must be teaching experience plus fifteen (15)
research publications (with at least five publications
in the last five years) in HEC/PEC recognized journals.
