The UST, Bannu offers the following vacant positions for career-oriented faculty in
Software Engineering and Electrical (Telecom) Engineering on Fixed/Contract basis
subject to the approval of the relevant bodies of the University.

Assistant Professors Two Ph.D in the relevant field from HEC recognized Nil
(Fixed/Contract) each university/Institution with no experience. OR
1. Electrical Engineering MS/M.PhiI Degree in relevant field from an HEC
(Telecom) recognized university/Institution with 2-years
(duly registered with PEG) teaching! research experience in a recognized
2. Software Engineering Institution! university/college. OR
(duly registered with PEC) 2-years professional experience in the relevant
field in a National or International Organization.
Lecturers Four 1st Class B.Sc Engineering (4 years) or Nil
(Fixed/Contract) each Equivalent Degree with CGPA 3.0 or above
1. Electrical Engineering awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant
(Telecom) field with no 3rd division in the academic career from
(duly registered with PEG) an HEC Recognized University/Institution.
2. Software Engineering Preference will be given to higher degree holders
(duly registered with PEG) if in competition. Those having University teaching
Experience will be preferred.
The desirous candidates are required to appear before the Selection Committee of the
University in the Conference Room University of Science and Technology Bannu,
Main Campus Township Bannu on 30th November 2011 at 10:00 a.m. All
candidates must bring their original documents/testimonial as well as one set of latest
CV and attested copies of testimonial/documents at the time of interview.
