the following qualified and experienced individuals mentioned below.
Position: Reproductive Health Manager (01 Position)
Location: lslamabad
Job Description
. Regularly update program management and monitoring tools and maintain
central database for tracking progress and effectively delivering reproductive
health programs in target areas.
‘ Management of the emergency reproductive health program including the
provision of technical support, training and capacity building, representation
and control of financial and other resources and development of RH proposals.
. Provide technical guidance to support MoH (in provision of inpatient therapeutic
care), Save the Children staff in implementation of RH program and Community
Mobiliser and outreach staff/volunteers at project sites/local communities.
• Generate timely high quality reports, program briefer, presentations,
publications and IEC materials, maintain RH grant files, RH photo-gallery and
documentation of success stories from the field.
Requirements
. Medical doctor preferably with postgraduate qualification in public health
. Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of overall experience in the health sector; and a
minimum of 2 years of specific development sector experience
. Highly skilled and experienced in Safe motherhood, family planning and GBV
programming in crisis situations
. Experience of writing donor proposals and reports with various donors and
understanding of the log frame or results framework
