or 7 years professional experience in the

Organization out of which 2 years must be
teaching experience.
Ph.D. degree in Science and Technology Policy
I Development or other relevant field of
Science, Engineering, Technology or Manage-
ment with 1 0 years teaching I research at least
4 years post Ph.D. level experience ¡n HEC
recognized University or a post-graduate
Institution or professional experience in the
relevant field ¡n a National or International
Organization.
1 2 research publications
at least 03 publications
in the last three years ¡n
HEC I PEC recognized
journals.
Master’s degree awarded after 1 8 years of education in the relevant field
from HEC recognized University I Institution with 4 years teaching I
research experience in a recognized Institution /University I College or 4
years professional experience ¡ri the relevant field ¡n a National or
International Organization.
OR
Ph.D. ¡n relevant field from HEC recognized University I Institution in
consultation with PEC. No experience required for Ph.D. degree holders.
Master degree (foreign) OR M. Phil. (Pakistan) OR equivalent degee
awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC In the
relevant field from HEC recognized University I Institution with 4 years
teaching ? research experience ¡n a recognized University or a
post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field
¡ri a National or International Organization.
OR
Ph.D. in relevant field from HEC recognized University I Institution. No
