. Possess distinguished .reputatiors as a schola & academibai9 having ciose familiarity
witn academic functions bottin dassroorn teaching & adninistration.
. Experience in education management
. Capablilty & experience of resorce rnobilzation.
. Leadership qualities for policy making in relaon to efficient & elfective management
of all affairs of the College.
. Should have MA/ MSc degree in any suectfrorn a reputed University.
. Shotid not be more than 55 years of age on 31 January, 2012.
• Should have a minrrum often year experience of heading an educational InstituCon
(preferably a residential instituon).
. Shodd be medically fit to head an institution xated at 6000 ft above sea level.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
. The succsful applicant will be offered t.co years contract cf employment which
may be extended subject to agreement betveen BOG and employee.
. The starting salary will be negGtiated based on the successil applicants
quaF9cadcns and experience. He ill hocever, be entitled to Free semi fjrnished
