Subject: RECRUITMENT AGAINST POSTS ON CONTRACT BASIS IN WASA, LDA
Applications are invited from the suitable candidates having qualifications/experience in the relevant field as mentioned below against the post:
1. PRINCIPAL (BS-20)
Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: PhD/Master’s Degree in Civil / Environmental / Public Health / Sanitary Engineering from a recognized University.
Post Qualification Experience: Ten year Experience relating to training design / courses / development / management / research
Age Limit: 35 to 50
2. WATER SPECIALIST (BS-19)
Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil / Environmental / Public Health / Sanitary Engineering or Equivalent field from a recognized University.
Post Qualification Experience: Seven years experience in planning, designing, execution, operation and maintenance of water supply scheme
Age Limit: 35 to 45
3. SEWERAGE AND WWT SPECIALIST (BS-19)
Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil / Environmental / Public Health / Sanitary Engineering or equivalent
Post Qualification Experience: Seven years experience in Planning, designing, execution, operation and maintenance of sewerage / WWT scheme preferably in any Water Utility
Age Limit: 35 to 45
4. CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN SPECIALIST (BS-19)
Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: MBA (HR) / MPA with Bachelor in civil / Mechanical / Public Health / Sanitary Engineering from a recognized University.
Post Qualification Experience: Seven years experience in training / curriculum, design, courses development with knowledge of water and sanitation sector
Age Limit: 35 to 45
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Upper age limit up to five (5) years is relaxed according to the Government Policy.
2. Initially, the appointment will be made on contract basis for a period of three years which can be further extended subject to the satisfactory performance.
3. The candidate already working in Government / Semi Government organization should apply through proper channel and must produce NOC issued by their employer at the time of interview.
4. In case of WASA employee son/retired employee OR working on work charge basis and their own pay and scale the candidates must produce documentary proof in this regard at the time of interview.
5. In service employees are also eligible to apply. They will be, however, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract appointment.
6. Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.
7. 2% quota is reserved for disabled. Only such disabled persons will be eligible to be considered for jobs reserved for disabled, who have been declared to be disabled and fit for work on particular jobs by the Provincial Council as defined in Section 05 of Disabled Persons (Employment and Rehabilitation Ordinance 1981).
8. 10% of the vacancies are reserved for Women.
9. Number of posts can be increased / decreased without any notice.
10. Candidates are required to bring all educational / experience certificate(s), CNIC and Domicile certificate all in original along with three attested passport size photograph. at the time of interview otherwise they will not be considered. One set of attested copies thereof is also required to be submitted with the application.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible.
12. No separate call letters will be issued.
