oil & gas plants; should have good
exposure of budgeting and resource
management; must have good
management skills to lead a large team of
different nationalities and sub-contractors.
2. INCHARGE QA/QC (Static Equipment &
Piping)
BE/BSc (Mechanical/Metallurgy) with
minimum 1 5 years experience in plant
maintenance during annual turnorounds;
should be able to implement IMS/QMS,
preparation and implementation of PQP,
lTPs; sound knowledge of ASME codes
and visual inspection of stotic equipment;
must hove leadership skills to lead a large
team of QC Personnel.
3. QC ENGINEERS/INSPECTORS
BE/BSc/DAE (Mechanical) with minimum
7 years experience in plant maintenance
during shutdowns; Sound knowIedge of
ASME codes and visual inspection ol static
equipment and Piping.
4. PLANNING ENGINEERS
BE/BSc (Mechanical) with minimtm 5-7
year experLence in planning ot plant
shutdowns ot refinery, petrochemical and
oil & gas plants; must be proficient on
Primavera 6.
5. EQUIPMENT ENGINEERS
Exchanger, Columns, Vessels,
Reactors, Fin Fan Coolers)
BE/BSc/DAE (Mechanical) with minimum
10-12 years experience on shutdown
maintenance of static equipment during
shutdowns and turriarounds.
6. EQUIPMENT SUPERVISORS
Exchanger, Columns, Vessels,
Reactors, Fin Fan Coolers)
DAE (Mechanical) with minimum 10-12
years experience on shutdown maintenance
of static equipment during
shutdowns/turnorounds.
7. RIGGING SUPERVISORS
DAE Mechonical/Matric. With minimum 5
years experience in rigging and heavy liftin
during overhauling/turnaround of refineries an
gas plants’ must hove sound knowledge of
cranes and safety measures for rigging.
8. MATERIAL COORDINATORS
BA/Bsc/Fsc with sound computer skills,
minimum 5 years relevant experience of
construction and plant maintenance
projects; should hove knowledge of
inventory management systems.
9. HSE ENGINEERS/SUPERVISORS
BE/BSc/DAE (Mechanical/Chemical/Environment)
with minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas
and petrochemical sector; should be able
to develop TRA & JRA and hazard
identification for maintenance/
overhauling of plants during turnarounds.
10. MECHANICAL SUPERVISORS
DAE (Mechanical) with minimum 8-10
years experience of site execution in plant
construction; must have worked on erection
of static & rotary equipment/fabrication &
erection of plant piping.
