Directly reporting to the director, you will provide and ensure quality customer services.
You will design and implement result oriented and innovative Customer Services
Strategies ensuring the success of projects. You will be responsible for handling the
queries I complaints of the customer and maintain good relationship wfth them. You
must be Masters, preferably MBA (Marketing) with at least 8 to 10 years
experience.
