10 years’ experience in Project QA/QC Planning, Supervision of Contractor QNQC
activities, Issuance of Change Orders, Project Progress Review and Evaluation,
Payments, Project related Engineering Management, Preparation of Construction Bids,
Expertise in Report writing, Excellence in Spoken and written English
Contract Admin.
M. B .A.
10 years’ experience in Contractor Administration, Pre and Post Contract award
activities, Preparation of Purchase Orders, Report Writing, Review and analysis of
Contractor Commercial Proposals. Excellent in Spoken and written English
Civil
(B. E.)
lo years’ experience in Site works design and engineering such as roads, irrigation,
sanitary, sewer, waste & potable water for Residential, Commercial and Industrial
Facilities. Should expert in use of civil design software’s and AutoCAD.
Structural
(B.E.)
10 years’ Experience in detailed design of residential, recreational, commercial,
industrial and infrastructure facilities, using STAAD Pro and other structural design
software’s. andAutoCAD, Conversantwith IBC, UBC,AISC, ACI standards.
Fi re Protection
Engineer
10 years Intensive Experience in design of Fire Fighting, Detection, Alarm, Safety and
Security systems. Experience in preparation of Fire and Life safety reports and Code
analysis. Knowledge of use of NFPA, API, IFC and other relevant international Codes.
Electrical

10 years’ Experience in Designing of MVILV Electrical, Telecommunication and
Fire Alarm systems and Networks Designing for Residential, Commercial and
Industrial Facilities, knowledge of International Codes and Standards.
Architect
