The Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) is a Pakistan based Organization that
has been working since 2008 to strengthen democratic accountability in the country. TDEA has been
awarded a USD 45 Million Contract by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to
implement a three-year Citizens’ Voice Project Up to 500 grants to community-based organizations,
non-government organizations, professional and business associations, research institutes, think-tanks
and public institutions have been stipulated under the project. There are three components of the project
i.e. 1) Strengthening Voice 2) Enhanced Capacity 3) Increased Public-Private partnerships. Applications
are being invited for the following positions in the Project:
Minimum Education Minimum Experience
Master’s degree in 10 years working expenence of
Social Sciences Project Development, Monitoring
Discipline and Evaluation
Master’s degree in 8 years working experience in
Business Administration Administration, Procurement and
or Public Administration, Human Resource Management
Management Sciences ,
Master’s degree in any 8 years of progressive experience
relevant Discipline or in development sector will be an
equivalent combination advantage
of education and work
expenence.
Master’s degree in 6 years working experience
Social Sciences or (preferably in development sector) in
Mass Communication external communication, advocacy,
media relations and publications
Familiarity with any USAID program and experience in the development sector will be an added
