CHICKEN PROCESSING UNIT
A leading group in Lahore, Pakistan requires.
R&D MANAGER
Seeking for a professional candidate who understands
current market trend, customer need and provide break
through ideas for established market. He/She must have
capabality of developing new products with knowledge
of ingredients and recipe, also provide help in attracting
partners and managing growth.Minimum qualification
M.S.c Food technology/Science and having 3 to 5 years
experience in chicken processing unit, will be preffered.
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
He/She must be capable to handle the state-of-the-art
food processing unit, with having minimum qualification
M.S.c food technology/Science with 5 years experience
in handling full process and packaging lines for chicken
processing unit, will be preffered.
ASST. MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE
Candidate will be responsible for quality assurance, and
process control, having knowledge and training in HACCP,
ISO, BRC,and other certifications. Minimum qualification
M.S.c food technology/Science with 3 to 5 years
experience in chicken processing unit, will be preffered.
LAB INCHARGE
Candidate must have knowledge of establishing new lab
and 3 to 5 years experience in microbiological testing,
chemical testing, serological testing and documentation
on HACCP, GLP, ISO, with qualification M.S.c food
technology/Science.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Minimum qualification M.Sc., with 3 to 5 years experience
of handling full process and packaging lines for chicken
processing unit, will be preffered.
MAINTENANCE INCHARGE
Candidate should have knowledge of machinery and
production process of chicken processing unit and its
total maintenance. Qualification preffered will be diploma
in engering, with having 3 to 5 Years experience.
