MANAGER FINANCE I
CAICIMAJACCA with 8-12 years of experience at managerial positions.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
* To build and develop the accounting team.
• Establish internal control policies, procedures and reporting systems.
* Represent the company ¡n dealings with financial, legal and regulatory
institutions and authorities.
* Management of Company’s budget process.
* Maintenance of the chart of accounts.
• In conjunction with the team, develop and implement business plans.
* Generate, analyze and provide financial and accounting reports.
* Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
* Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
* Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Analyzing competitors and market trends
L MANAGER ACCOUNTS
ICMWMBA/MCOM with 8-12 years of experience at managerial position.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
e Preparation of monthly Cash Flow statement with analyzing and reporting the
changes In working capital for managerial forecast.
* Preparation of Financial Reports
* Preparing and finalizing the accounts of the company.
e Handling Income, Payroll and Sales Tax matters
* To handle general Ledger, Cashbook, Debtors, Creditors and sales register.
MANAGER RECOVERY & BILLING I
MBA Finance/MCOMI MA Economics with 8-12 years of experience major of
managerial position.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
0 Based on the Monthly invoicing system, collections reminders and visits of
agencies that are over 60 days past due as well as reminders for payment
Demand Letter with the promise of service interruption if payment is not received
within 90-business days.
O Placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers that are past due.
e Works closely with the Billing Department to implement processes and policies
that contribute to accurate invoicing.
O If service were to be stopped for non-payment, this position would be responsible
for approving the sending of final demand letter.
O Manage Collections/recovery/billing staff and to review collection reports,
delegate special reports.
C Supervision of accounts receivables and financial reporting section.
MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT
Required Qualification & Experience: CINACCA with 8-12 years of experience of
similar work position.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
* Directs audit staff in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of Internal
Audit operations, including assisting in hiring, training and evaluating staff; and
taking corrective actions to address performance problems.
. Directs the identification and evaluation of the organization’s risk areas and
oversees the development of the annual Audit Plan.
* Directs the overall performance of audit procedures, including identifying and
defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and
documenting client processes and procedures.
. Directs the audit staff in the identification, development and documentation of
audit issues and recommendations.
. Communicates the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and
oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors.
