Team Leader and Education Experts
A leading global education consultancy firm, which provides high quality advisory
services to International Donors, Governments and NGOs across the world, is pleased
to announce the following vacancies in Pakistan:
TEAM LEADER (Lahore Based)
We are looking for a bright, charismatic and innovative individual who will head up our
large education reform programme in Punjab. This programme is working with key
Government institutions in improving Quality, Access and Governance in the
education sector. This position is for immediate start for two years.
REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and managing large education
service delivery projects: experience on WB, DFID or other donor-funded
projects preferred;
• At least a postgraduate qualification in International Development or ¡n a relevant
education field required;
• Demonstrated experience in interacting with Government Departments, Counterparts
and International Donor Agencies;
. Familiarity with Pakistan’s political, social, and cultural context preferred;
. Demonstrated strong leadership, management and professionalism;
. Fluency in English required.
EDUCATION EXPERTS
We are looking for Senior, Middle and Junior level experts to fill immediate and
future vacancies across Pakistan ¡n the following technical areas:
> Teacher Certification and Licensing > Teacher Recruitment, Allocation and
> Continuous Professional Development Deployment
> Examination and Assessment > Teacher Performance Management
> Monitoring, Evaluation and Research > EMIS
> Economics of Education > Education Finance
> School Councils > School Development Planning
> Education Policy and Planning > Textbook Field TestinglProcurement
> Education Decentralization > Curriculum Policy and Design
> Communication and Knowledge > Institutional Reform
Management > And Other Relevant Technical areas
REQUIREMENTS
• Hold at least a postgraduate qualification in International Development or in a
technical area relevant to the post;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the technical area of interest;
. Excellent English in writing and speaking.
