VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
An international donor funded organization is seeking applications from
qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions.
Senior Director Grants - Islamabad
Senior Director Grants will be responsible for managing grants portfolio in
accordance with organizational procedures. Ensure compliance with donor
rules and regulations while evaluating grant proposals and budgets. Monitor,
on an on-going basis, the performance of sub-grantee with respect to the
activities, reporting deliverables and milestones.
Experience and Qualification:
. Masters degree with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in a related
position in development sector.
. Extensive knowledge and experience with USAID rules & regulations is a
must.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
. Highly Proficient in Microsoft office products.
Manager Grants Procurement - Islamabad ‘
The Manager Grants Procurement will procure goods and services and
identify most efficient ways to process these procurements in line with the
organization’s policies and procedures. Manage documentation flow, ensure
that proper procedures are adopted for each procurement transaction and
records are maintained.
Experience and Qualification:
. Masters degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in development
sector.
. Extensive knowledge and working experience of USAID rules and regulations
on procurement is a must.
. Updated knowledge of government rules and regulations regarding
duties/taxes and permissible and non-permissible goods
