JOB OPPORTUNITY
A Private Limited Company owned by the Public Sector
requires the services of dedicated, motivated and efficient
individual for the following position.
SENIOR ENGINEER (PROJECTS)
Qualification and Competenciesj
a. Graduate with a legree in civil engineering ora closely
related Engineering field.
b. Must have 10 years of postgraduate construction
supervision & management experience.
Responsibilities J
a. To create schedules and prepare evaluation / monitoring
reports
b. To develop plans, specifications and sub-contract
documents
e. To interpret enIgineering plans, specifications and
contracts (hard and soft tiles)
d. To operatesoftware like AUTOCAD, MSOFFICE, PROJECT at
intermediate level
e. To liaise between clients,consultants and subcontractors
f. To organize the bidding process and prepare submissions
g. To supervise all construction and development work on
sites with frequent site visits
h. To recruit appropriate temporary staff when required for
site requirements
i. To be able to work independently (hands on) with
nininuiu staff and mininiuni supervision
